  1. A Unique Insight into Christophe Pourcel

Certainly one of the most controlled racers around today and a style that has lent itself perfectly to Supercross in the states. It'll be interesting to see if he appears there for Anaheim 1 this year.

I've never been a huge fan of the Pourcel brothers....don't get me wrong, I don't dislike them, but I've never really felt that they show much personality.

I might have been wrong though. It looks like Pourcel is just quite introvert and a real 'thinking' racer.

Christophe had a massive accident in Desertmartin in 2007 which very nearly left him paralysed and this behind the scenes series gives some background to what he has overcome and achieved since.

It seems like a simple tip but take a picture of your motorcycle from both sides. If it has accessories take close pics of those. Take a pic of the speedo. Make it easy for your potential customer - give them 6-8 good pics with an uncluttered background.

Make it as clear as possible - bullet out the motorcycle details.

Some people, if not most, will be reading your ad from their phone. They don't need an essay. Give then the

  3. VRT explained - How to register a motorcycle in Ireland.

    Registering a Motorcycle in Ireland

So, I picked up a 2007 Fireblade for the Summer and it had a Northern Irish registration. Then I thought to myself.....ermmm, how do I register a motorcycle in Ireland again? ....it had been so long since I hade done it.

I've registered literally hundreds of motorcycles in the past (a murky past in importing containers from Tokyo!) but the setup has changed recently.

So what's different about the new Vehicle Registration setup in Ireland?

Well, firstly the old VRO (Vehicle Registration Offices) offices aren't what they used to be. In the past they were the hangout spot for motor trade dealers, gossiping outside, smoking 'JPs' and also for confused foreigners dealing with equally confused 'state' registration officers.

Nowadays you just book an appointment
