Job Title: Motorcycle Shop Assistant

Job Description:

Megabikes (parent company of Allmoto) is rapidly expanding and are opening a second location. As a result we new team members.

We have a position in both Wexford Street and our new 'Megastore' in Ballymount.

What skills will you need?

1. Strong customer service (phone and in person)
2. Basic computer skills (training provided)
3. Motorcycle and/or motor trade knowledge preferable
4. Knowledge or interest in motocross / off-road preferable 

Duties involve:

1. Assisting customers by phone and in store with parts and accessories enquiries
2. Processing of sales/orders received (email, website and phone)
3. Maintenance of shop display/merchandising and layout
4. Assisting with incoming orders (unpacking, checking quantities, etc)

What will my average day look like?

1. dealing with customer parts enquiries
2. processing customer orders on a system
3. maintaining a clean and organised stock room areas
4. Assist the incoming order receiving process (checking, stock received, accounts entry, labelling, shelving, etc)
5. shipping out orders to customers (packing, tracking number email, etc)
6. assistance in booking workshop bikes into and out of the system
7. helping the workshop with light touch activities (PDIs, battery installs, light touch repairs etc)
8. general showroom maintenance (displays, pricing, etc)
9. maintain a current listing of bikes on our website, Facebook, Instagram and DoneDeal

Hours:

This position is 5 days a week.
