      <description><![CDATA[I am 53 Years old and have had a car driving licence since I was 17.  I also held a full Motorcycle Licence from the age of 17 to 22 - I did and passed a test.  Can I apply for an A1 full licence now or do I have to go back and do provisional licence again]]></description>
